Have I mentioned how much I love working out? Ok, maybe LOVE is too strong of a wrod, but I'm certainly enjoying it quite a bit. Tonight, I was going to take a break, but at the last minute, decided to bite the bullet and just do it. I'm glad I did too. I did 26 total minute on the elliptical machine. (one set of 10 and one set of 16) I'm not coughing nearly as much and my leg muscles are burning less, although they still burn. I love the elliptical machine! My joints don't hurt after I get off of it and I feel the workout in my legs. If you ever get the chance to try one, you should. It's awesome!
I've determined to keep up this commitment for at least 3 months. I imagine that it gets easier once you get used to it every day. I'm finding that I'm thinking clearer and much more specifically. It clears my head and overall I'm feelin great. YAY!
One of the interesting things about living in an apartment complex is the people watching. Tonight I saw an extremely drunk guy being escorted to his apartment, a girl getting home from a date, and two guys moving their cough and bet into the apartment. Of course the drunk guy was the most interesting and funny. I imaging he'll have one heck of a hangover tomorrow.
You know what I've also figured out? Working out has jump started my mojo. Now that's not a bad thing. :)
I love "I Love the 80's:Strike Back!" It brings back such amazing memories of a much simpler time when the only thing I had to worry about was school and band practice. *sigh* Music rocked in the 80's.
I should go to bed. I'm tired, but I think I'm going to shower, and maybe play some XBox.
Scores update tomorrow! I heard tonight's song on the VH1 show and just had to use it. It rocks! :)
