Barb has passed. I wasn't home for the call, but came home to it after dinner with my dad. It's sad, and boy will I miss her. It's ok though, because I know she's in a better place with no pain and no suffering, attending all the pella concerts, and looking after all of her "kids." I think she brought all of us closer, and maybe that was her intention all along. Life's too short to have disagreements and hold grudges. If I've learned anything from her, it's compassion for others, and learning to love myself and patience. Thanks Barb! I'll never forget you!
